Job Summary:
As an Automotive Salesperson, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from understanding their needs to closing the sale. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for vehicles, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new or pre-owned vehicles based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives with customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets.
- Stay up-to-date on vehicle inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
- Handle paperwork related to vehicle sales accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (automotive sales experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of automotive products and market trends is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
