Qualifications
Experience: No prior experience is required, but any experience working in a kitchen, restaurant, or café environment is an asset.

Teamwork: You work well with others and understand that a strong kitchen depends on everyone doing their part.
Food Safety Knowledge: Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices. Food Handler Certification is a strong plus.
Availability: Open availability for full-time or part-time hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
Dishwashing & Sanitation: Wash and sanitize all dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to keep up with service demands.
Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized dish pit area throughout your shift, including floors, sinks, and drying racks.
Restocking: Return clean dishes, glassware, and utensils to their proper stations so the kitchen and Front of House teams always have what they need.
Waste Management: Empty garbage and recycling bins regularly, and ensure proper disposal and sorting procedures are followed.
Team Support: Assist the kitchen team with basic tasks as needed, such as putting away deliveries, wiping down surfaces, or helping with simple prep work during slower periods.
Equipment Care: Handle all kitchen equipment and supplies with care, and report any broken or damaged items to management.
Food Safety & Standards: Follow all sanitation standards, food safety guidelines, and kitchen safety procedures at all times.
Opening & Closing Duties: Assist with kitchen setup, deep cleaning, restocking, and closing procedures to keep operations running smoothly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.60-$24.00 per hour
