Nuvera Partners (https://nuverapartners.ca/) is a boutique Calgary-based M&A advisory firm. We provide valuation and sell-side transaction advisory services to privately held businesses in Western Canada.
We are seeking a Senior M&A Consultant to work alongside our partners to originate opportunities and support client relationships. This is a flexible, part-time role, perfect for someone looking to make a contribution without a full-time commitment.
The Role
- Collaborate with partners to originate new client opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and referral partners
- Support early-stage client conversations and mandate development
- Act as a trusted, professional representative of the firm in the market
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of direct experience in M&A, investment banking, or transaction advisory
- Strong network within the business / advisory community
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate opportunities
- Highly professional, self-directed, and relationship-focused
Structure & Compensation
- Flexible, as-needed engagement (this is not a fixed-hours role)
- Senior relationship-driven position
- Compensation commensurate with contribution (performance-based)
