Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cook. Duties
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed, following safety and quality standards
- Handle food items responsibly, ensuring proper food safety and hygiene practices
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing and sanitation tasks
- Prepare ingredients for meal service, including chopping, assembling, and portioning
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management when necessary
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
