We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Finance Manager to join our team in Etobicoke. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoy helping people achieve their goals, and are motivated by unlimited earning potential, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Finance Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have expressed interest in financing a vehicle. You will guide clients through the credit application process, collaborate with lenders and internal teams to secure approvals, and help customers find the right vehicle and financing solution to meet their needs.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while making a meaningful impact on people’s lives.
What You'll Do:
- Contact and follow up with inbound leads to complete credit applications.
- Build relationships with customers and guide them through the financing process over the phone.
- Persistent in keeping up with non-contact sales pipeline.
- Submit credit applications to our lenders.
- Work closely with customers to source and select vehicles from our inventory.
- Work out payments and financing with credit approvals.
- Prepare sales order to Finance Director accurately and efficiently.
- Learn how to finance vehicles and achieve highest gross profit per vehicle.
- Learn how to read educate customers on credit reports, financing, and rebuilding credit.
- Working with Subprime customers.
- Assist with picking up vehicles and preparing for delivery.
- Prepare all necessary paperwork for the purchase within a deadline.
- Consistently achieve performance goals, including an expected average of 50 outbound calls per day.
- Gather customer feedback and encourage online reviews.
- Other duties as required.
What We Look for:
- 2+ years of experience with lending, mortgages, credit and collections
- Previous phone sales or inside sales experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A work hard, play hard attitude.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.
- Basic idea of financial concepts (credit reports, loans, risk etc.)
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Schedule: This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote and hybrid work options are not available.
Compensation: Base annual salary plus commissions, ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 - with the potential to earn more based on performance. Plus year-end bonuses.
