Robert Half is partnering with an excellent organization that's looking to add an Accounting Clerk to their Finance team. This is a full-time/permanent role on site.

Responsibilities:
Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Prepare, update, and maintain financial records, reports, and spreadsheets
Enter financial data and reconcile discrepancies across accounts
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense tracking
Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up to ensure timely payment collection
Maintain organized filing systems for financial, payroll, and administrative documentation
Respond to phone calls, emails, and general office inquiries professionally
Draft and prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documents
Provide support during month-end and year-end accounting close processes
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments as needed
Safeguard confidential financial information while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Qualifications:
Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
2–3 years of experience in an administrative and/or accounting support role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced capability in Excel
Hands-on experience with accounting software, including Sage50, Yardi, or comparable systems, is an asset
Well-developed organizational and time management abilities
High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Professional fluency in spoken and written English is required
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
