Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, friendly, and highly accurate customer service at the order window and drive-thru.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process payments, and handle cash accurately.
- Prepare our signature milkshakes, ice cream cones, and other desserts efficiently during peak rushes.
- Operate, maintain, and clean commercial ice cream machines and milkshake spinners.
- Keep the front-of-house, counter, and dining areas spotless, organized, and fully stocked.
- Work independently and troubleshoot basic issues without needing constant supervision.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or quick-service environment is highly preferred.
- Required: Hands-on experience operating, cleaning, and assembling commercial ice cream machines and milkshake equipment.
- Proven ability to handle high-stress rushes while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and handling procedures.
- Excellent verbal communication and multitasking abilities.
