Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and support employees working on the second shift pallet making operation.
- Measure and cut lumber according to customer order requirements and production specifications.
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment needed for the shift.
- Assist with loading, unloading, material movement, or production work when required.
- Report production issues, equipment problems, or safety matters to management.
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of pallet making or pallet repair work.
- Ability to measure and cut lumber accurately according to order requirements.
- Ability to lead and support other employees in a production environment.
- Ability to drive Counterbalance Forklift is an asset.
- Strong attendance, reliability, and work performance.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Shift:
The second shift will start at 2:30 p.m. The detailed shift schedule will be confirmed by management based on operational needs.
