We are expanding our team and looking for a polished, high-performing Home Comfort & Energy Consultant. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to homeowners, combining a technical eye for efficiency issues with an elite ability to close deals on-site.

- Compensation: We offer a guaranteed Base Pay, plus uncapped commission on all closed contracts (top performers cross $10,000+/month consistently).

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Home Assessments: You must meet with homeowners in their homes, build rapport, and understand their specific comfort and energy concerns (e.g., uneven heating/cooling, high energy bills).
- Perform Energy & Attic Diagnostics: Safely climb ladders, enter attic spaces, and evaluate insulation depth, ventilation compliance, airflow restrictions, and identify hidden issues.
- Consultative Selling: Educate homeowners on your findings using digital photos and videos, present tailored solutions that solve their specific problems, and confidently present pricing.
- CRM Management: log inspection data, measurements, photos, and customer notes into our mobile CRM software.
The Ideal Candidate
This is a hybrid role requiring a rare combination of professional consultative sales ability and physical grit. You are a great fit if you are:
Comfortable in the "Grit" of the Job: You understand that to properly advise a homeowner, you have to see the problem firsthand. You are completely comfortable climbing extension ladders and navigating tight, dusty attic spaces in varying seasonal temperatures.
A High-Level Communicator: You can translate complex building science into simple, emotional benefits that make sense to a everyday homeowner.
A Confident Closer: You know how to uncover pain points, handle objections smoothly, and guide a prospect to a decision without being pushy.
Road-Ready: You possess a valid Ontario driver’s license and daily access to a reliable personal vehicle.
Pay: $5,000.00-$10,000.00 per month
