Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients
- Ensure that dishes are cooked to perfection
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Assist with catering orders as needed
-Perform open/closing duties of the kitchen, maintain cleaning schedule
Experience:
- MUST HAVE -Previous experience as a line cook, using a grill, fryer ect or in a similar role is mandatory.
- Knowledge of different dishes and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail to ensure consistent quality in every dish
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
-Excellent oral and written skills.
Flexibility in terms of shift length and scheduling is essential.
*This position will require, availablity to work between the hours of 10am-1am Friday-Sunday. Ability to start at 9am for open shifts and close shifts end at 10pm weekdays. Must have at least 1 year experience in a kitchen as a line cook. Must be 18 years of age or older, if an interview is requested government issued photo identification will be required.
