Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Payments Systems Support Specialist to support and maintain business‑critical payment applications in a high‑availability environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with HP NonStop systems and payment processing platforms, and be capable of working in a fast‑paced, challenging operational setting.
Support, monitor, and maintain mission‑critical payment applications across POS, ATM, remote banking, DCC, and FX systems.
Provide production support for payment platforms running on HP NonStop systems.
Ensure high availability, performance, and stability of applications supporting financial transactions.
Troubleshoot complex application and system issues and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business and operational requirements.
Comply with PCI standards and security requirements.
Participate in on‑call rotations and provide support during flexible hours as required.
Strong knowledge of Lusis Tango applications , including: POS ATM Remote Banking DCC and FX
Hands‑on experience with ACI Base24 applications , including IMN .
Minimum 2 years of experience working on HP NonStop systems .
Proficiency in TAL, COBOL, and TACL programming.
Strong experience with SQL/MX, SQL/MP, and Enscribe databases ( Must Have ).
Experience with GoldenGate (GG) replication ( Must Have ).
Knowledge of Shadowbase replication tools.
Solid understanding of PCI compliance and security standards .
Ability to work effectively in a challenging, high‑pressure environment .
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Team‑oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours , including off‑hours support when required.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for business‑critical systems.
