The Opportunity
The O'Rourke Waterfront is a 20-acre lakeside property with over 1,700 feet of Okanagan Lake shoreline, private villas, a private dock, boat launch, and a full recreation complex (tennis, pickleball, basketball, soccer field, outdoor kitchen pavilion, and private gym).
The Property Manager monitors and oversees the whole of the property from end-to-end. The role requires an individual that is both hands-on, operational and managerial — able to assist in and run the operations that maintain and keep the property improving year over year. The right candidate is a professional who treats the Waterfront as their own and holds an absolute standard of discretion around guests, members, and staff.
This is structured as a single full-time position. The breadth of the work — villa interiors, turnovers, and administration on one side; grounds, marine, recreation, and maintenance on the other — also makes it a natural fit for a couple splitting the workload. On-site accommodation will be available to support the right candidate(s).
