We are seeking to fill the position of part-time sales associate which may include accurately picking and packing online orders at our trendy Cochrane Boutique. Past experience working in a boutique shop is an asset but not necessary; wages will be based on experience. Applicants must have Sunday availability.
We are looking for someone who loves people, is outgoing and super friendly! Attention to detail and organizational skills are also a must. Our ideal candidate is someone who shows up early/on-time and does not miss shifts. We are a small, family-run shop and we must be able to rely on each person we hire.
A positive attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment and a love to have fun and sell fun products are requirements! We pride ourselves on an in-store shopping experience that is more fun than anywhere else in Cochrane. We love getting to know our amazing customers and helping them find them the perfect items for themselves or for gifts.
This position will involve Sunday shifts.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- arriving for each shift on time, with a positive attitude
- being cheerful and helpful to all customers
- greeting all customers and informing of current sales/promos
- being knowledgeable on all products in our store and understanding the sales process for specialty lines we carry
- meeting or exceeding sales goals
- taking initiative
- restocking and facing stock
- lifting and carrying large boxes of stock
- dusting, mopping and other daily cleaning
- accurately picking and packing online orders for shipping
- operating a POS and handling cash
