Warm Leads | Uncapped Commission
RECODemand is hiring a motivated Sales Development Representative who wants to build a serious career in sales
This is not a traditional cold-calling position
You will primarily connect with warm prospects who have previously purchased event tickets, attended one of our events, engaged with our company, or are already familiar with the RECODemand brand. Your goal will be to start meaningful conversations, qualify opportunities, and book appointments for an Account Executive
You do not need years of sales experience. We are looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, confident on the phone, and willing to consistently improve.
What You Will Do
- Call and follow up with warm prospects, including real estate agents, mortgage professionals, and previous event attendees
- Build rapport and create interest in RECODemand’s programs and services
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand each prospect’s business, goals, challenges, and level of interest
- Qualify prospects and book high-quality meetings for an Account Executive
- Work closely with an Account Executive to grow their pipeline and book of business
- Follow up consistently through phone, email, text, and CRM activity
- Maintain organized and accurate records of calls, conversations, and scheduled appointments
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment targets
- Participate in regular coaching, call reviews, role-playing, and sales training
- Share feedback and help the team improve its messaging and outreach strategies
What Success Looks Like
You consistently pick up the phone, confidently lead conversations, follow up without being reminded, and book qualified appointments for the sales team
You are comfortable working toward measurable targets and understand that your income and career growth will be connected to your performance

Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone
- Able to stay organized and follow up consistently
- Coachable, dependable, and motivated by performance
- Comfortable working toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Basic experience using email, calendars, and CRM systems is preferred
- Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, recruiting, fundraising, or appointment-setting experience is an asset but not required

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
