Port Hardy RV Resort & Cabins is a small business in Port Hardy, BC V0N 2P0.
We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent with Housekeeping Duties to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to engage with guests, ensure their comfort, and contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of our establishment.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, checking guests in and out, answering inquiries, and assisting with reservations. In addition, you will be responsible for housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the property, and recommend local attractions and services.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel management system.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
Housekeeping Duties:
- Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and prepared for check-in.
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks, including changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking amenities.
- Clean and maintain common areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and mopping as needed.
- Monitor and replenish supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
