✔Teach public speaking, debate techniques, and argumentation strategies to students of various levels
✔Coach students for debate tournaments (e.g., WSDC, BP, PF, LD, Model UN, and local competitions)
✔Develop structured lesson plans covering speech delivery, persuasive techniques, critical thinking, and rebuttal strategies
✔Help students build confidence, articulation, and stage presence in public speaking
✔Provide personalized feedback and evaluation to enhance students' performance
✔Organize mock debates, speech contests, and interactive discussion sessions
✔Guide students in speech writing, logical reasoning, and research techniques
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communication, English, Political Science, Law, Education, or a related field
✔ Proven experience in coaching debate teams or public speaking training
✔ Familiarity with debate formats such as WSDC, BP, PF, LD, or Model UN
✔ Strong understanding of persuasive rhetoric, logical reasoning, and argumentation techniques
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
✔ Passion for education with the ability to engage and motivate students
✔ Experience with speech competitions, TED-style talks, or Toastmasters is a plus
Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
