Job Summary:
We are looking for a focused Lead Specialist to identify residential properties for our corporate housing portfolio. Your sole objective is to find rental properties located within a 15–20 minute drive of Downtownand identify landlords or property managers who are open to a corporate lease model (short-term rental/subletting permitted).Key Responsibilities:
- Targeted Searching: Use Zillow, Craigslist, and local listings to find available rentals within the specified downtown radius.
- Direct Outreach: Call or message owners/managers to verify if they allow professional corporate subleasing or short-term rentals.
- Lead Handoff: Compile a list of "on-board" properties with landlord contact details. You do NOT need to run financial numbers; just confirm the location and landlord's permission.
