Position Summary
The Clinical Care & Patient Education Specialist is a patient-facing clinical role responsible for delivering protocol-driven hair and scalp treatments while educating patients on their care plans, consistency, and expected outcomes. This role directly impacts patient results, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
This is not a cosmetology or hairstyling role. This role is best suited for individuals seeking a long-term career in Health and wellness with growth and advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities (How You Deliver)
- Administer protocol-driven hair and scalp treatments in accordance with clinic guidelines and safety standards.
- Educate patients during and after treatments on purpose, expectations, and next steps.
- Upsell new treatments and services that benefit the patients' results.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with patients in person and by phone when needed.
- Accurately document treatments and patient interactions.
- Collaborate with clinicians, technicians, and front-desk team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in ongoing training and apply feedback to improve performance.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods while administering treatments.
