Summer Camp Counselor (Part-Time)
We're looking for an energetic, responsible, and enthusiastic Summer Camp Counselors to help create an amazing experience for children ages 5–12.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with kids, leading activities, and being actively involved playing and running a program for kids throughout the day. You'll be running games, supervising activities, helping keep campers engaged, and ensuring everyone has a fun and safe experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in games and activities with campers
- Supervise groups of children ages 5–12
- Organize and run activities such as laser tag, dodgeball, obstacle courses, team games, and other active camp activities
- Encourage participation and positive behaviour
- Help create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment
- Assist with camp setup, cleanup, and daily operations
- Work as part of a team to ensure campers have a great experience
Qualifications
- Enjoy working with children and have a positive attitude
- Confident leading and managing groups of kids
- Energetic and willing to actively participate in games and activities
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience working with children is an asset but not required
