Order Picker / Warehouse Associate
Location: Scarborough, ON
Pay: Starting at $17.60/hour
Performance bonuses available (Top performers can earn approximately $28–$33/hour based on productivity and accuracy.)

Shift Schedule
- Initial Shift: 3:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- After successful training/performance, shift may change to 10:15 PM – 8:30 AM (or finish earlier depending on workload).
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate an electric pallet jack (minimum 3 months of experience required).
- Scan, sort, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Order Picker/Warehouse Picking experience.
- At least 3 months of experience operating an electric pallet jack.
- Experience using RF scanners, barcode scanners, and handheld devices.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Candidates living in or near Scarborough are preferred.
Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
