We are currently hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on position where you will be interacting with customers daily, learning how to guide conversations, and helping people make confident decisions around services that fit their needs.
No previous experience is required. If you are reliable, open to learning, and comfortable speaking with people face-to-face, you will be given the training and support to succeed.
You will be working directly with customers, having conversations, answering questions, and helping them understand their options. Some days are fast-paced, some require patience and attention to detail, but the goal is always the same: create a smooth, professional experience for every person you interact with.
What your day might look like:
- Speaking with customers and introducing available services
- Asking questions to understand what they are actually looking for
- Explaining options in a clear and straightforward way
- Handling questions and concerns without overcomplicating things
- Working alongside your team to stay consistent and improve results
