This is not an administrative position. This is a remote sales role.
You do not necessarily need previous professional sales experience. If you've worked in a clinic, are comfortable talking to people, can confidently lead a conversation on Zoom, and have the drive to succeed in sales, we want to hear from you.
We can teach you our sales process. You bring the clinic experience and personality.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll speak with physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage, and other healthcare clinic owners who are interested in growing their practices.
Your role will be to understand their needs, explain how our marketing services can help, and convert qualified opportunities into new clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Running sales calls with clinic owners over Zoom
- Asking questions to understand their clinic, challenges, and growth goals
- Presenting our marketing services clearly and confidently
- Building rapport and trust with clinic owners
- Following up with leads by phone, email, and SMS
- Handling questions and objections
- Confidently asking prospects to move forward
- Managing your leads, appointments, and follow-ups in our CRM
- Working toward monthly sales and revenue targets
- Coordinating with our team to ensure a smooth handoff when a new client signs up

Do I Need Sales Experience?
Not necessarily.
Previous sales experience is an advantage, but we're open to someone making the transition from clinic management or administration into sales.
We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, confidence, ambition, and the ability to connect with people.

Your primary responsibility will be speaking with prospective clinic owners, conducting Zoom sales calls, following up with opportunities, and closing new business.
