Position Summary
As a dishwasher, your responsibilities would be to show up on time with an excellent attitude, vaccum the kitchen before service, and maintain speed and cleanliness standards throughout the night. Once everything is organized away and the dishpit has been sanitized, you'd need to sweep and mop, and ensure the dishmachine is shut down with the filters emptied.
Responsibilities
- Restock and ensure the kitchen never runs out of plates during service
- Make sure all dishes have been properly washed, sanitized, dried, and stored away
- Come on time and be prepared to hustle
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years as a dishwasher within a high-volume restaurant
- Basic understanding of cleanliness and sanitization
- Autonomous but not afraid to ask for help when necessary
- Excellent work ethic and a care for the finer details
