Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dump Truck Owner Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating dump trucks to support various construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of excellent safety practices, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with construction equipment such as dozers, loaders, excavators, and graders is highly desirable. The Dump Truck Owner Operator will play a vital role in ensuring timely delivery of materials and smooth project operations.

Duties
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport materials across construction sites and staging areas
- Conduct pre-operation inspections of dump trucks
- Coordinate with site supervisors to determine delivery schedules and routes
- Maintain accurate logs of materials transported and operational hours
- Perform minor mechanical checks and report any maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents or injuries on site
Experience
- Proven experience operating dump trucks in a construction or industrial setting
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Commercial driving experience with a valid CDL license preferred
- Experience working in construction environments with an emphasis on safety compliance and teamwork
