Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and order in our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces are kept hygienic, organized, and welcoming. This role is vital in providing a positive experience for our guests and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces to ensure a spotless environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed
- Ensure all areas are maintained in a neat and organized manner throughout the shift
Requirements
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following established procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift light loads, and perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and guest service
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; reliability is essential for consistent performance
Pay: $15.90-$16.75 per hour
