Performance Marketer
Get Gambit | Remote (Canada) | Full Time | Reports to the CEO
About Get Gambit
Get Gambit is a specialist led executive health clinic providing personalized, physician supervised care for men and women, with a focus on longevity, hormone optimization, metabolic health, weight management, and advanced biomarker testing. Our clinicians work with patients end to end, from consultation and diagnostics through ongoing treatment and follow up care.
Every patient is supported by a dedicated care coordination team working alongside our specialists, so that care feels personal and consistent from the first consultation onward. We are a small, fast moving, founder led team. Everyone owns their area, standards are high, and decisions happen quickly.
The Opportunity
This is a foundational marketing hire. As a startup, we need one person who can carry paid acquisition and content and social together, running performance campaigns while also owning our organic content and social presence. The acquisition and content strategy you build here will set the groundwork for how we approach marketing across the company as we grow.
A performance marketer owns paid acquisition: planning, running, and optimizing ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and similar platforms to drive measurable results and bring down cost per acquisition. A content marketer builds the brand voice and presence through organic content and social media, creating material that builds trust and engagement over time. At Get Gambit, this role does both. Because we operate in regulated healthcare, you will need to balance persuasive, conversion focused messaging with strict compliance in what can and cannot be claimed.
What You Will Own
Paid Acquisition
- Paid media. Plan, launch, and optimize all paid media across Google Ads and Meta Ads, hands on and end to end.
- Efficiency. Lift impression share, Quality Score, and ad rank while bringing down cost per click and cost per acquisition.
- Tracking and attribution. Own conversion tracking and attribution accuracy end to end, across Google Tag Manager, server side tagging, the data layer, GCLID capture, and the HubSpot sync, so budget decisions rest on trustworthy data.
- Funnels and CAC. Own patient acquisition funnels with a direct focus on lowering cost per acquisition and improving return on ad spend.
- Testing. Run structured experimentation, including A/B testing of creative, audiences, and landing pages, and build retargeting audiences.
Content and Social
- Organic. Plan, create, and post organic content and manage the brand social presence, not just run ads.
- Brand voice. Build a credible, premium, trustworthy brand voice appropriate for a specialist led health company.
SEO and Web
- SEO. Own search engine optimization strategy and execution for getgambit.ca.
- Conversion. Collaborate on landing pages and conversion rate optimization to turn traffic into booked consultations, and grow our organic page footprint.
- Compliant pages. Build funnel stage landing and organic pages that convert and clear Canadian health advertising review.
Analytics and Collaboration
- Analytics. Own analytics reporting, attribution, and weekly account management with clear, decision ready reporting.
- Collaboration. Work closely with our copywriter and designer on ad creative and landing pages.
