- Dental Reception Course
- 1 year Dental Reception Experience
Responsibilities
- Greets patients promptly and graciously
- Manages front all desk operations in a professional manner.
- Schedules appointments and maintains the dental treatment schedule efficiently.
- Knows and understands dental treatment procedures and sequence
- Handles patient inquiries and provide information regarding dental services provided
- Manage electronic dental records and ensure accurate patient data entry.
- Enters, verifies and submits dental Insurance for electronic and paper claims
- Prints statements and collects copay accurately
- Collaborates with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations and patient flow.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 per week
