Job Description:
As a Barista/Sandwich Artist, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages.
- Making fresh sandwiches and other food items.
- Prepping ingredients for both sandwiches and drinks.
- Handling daily cleaning tasks, including doing the dishes.
- Completing opening, mid-day, and closing duties.
- Performing weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the café tidy and organized.
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail in preparing food and drinks.
- Willingness to learn and follow recipes and procedures.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
