```Duties```
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to assess their condition and identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Create detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations for necessary repairs or improvements
- Provide aid with construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Provide aid to complete inspection and coordination of building components.
```Experience/Requirements```
- Completed a diploma or similar in civil engineering, architecture, planning or related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders at all levels
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Some knowledge and ability to read and interpret schematics
- Some knowledge with project management, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
-The ability to work well independently
- Fluent in English language
- Class 5 driver's license and own vehicle
