Position Overview
We are hiring a Donut Specialist to help deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining our brand standards in product quality, cleanliness, and professionalism.
This role includes front-of-house customer service, donut preparation, glazing, toppings, cashier duties, shop cleanliness, and supporting daily operations.
You are one of the faces of the brand—your energy matters.

Core Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers with strong energy and professionalism
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, debit, credit, and delivery app orders
- Maintain a positive and welcoming customer experience
- Resolve small customer concerns professionally
Donut Preparation
- Prepare fresh mini donuts to brand standard
- Apply glazes and toppings neatly and consistently
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
- Ensure presentation quality is always maintained
- Support catering prep when needed
Shop Cleanliness
- Maintain front-of-house and back-of-house cleanliness
- Follow opening and closing checklists
- Keep stations stocked, organized, and clean
- Refill supplies and maintain proper sanitation standards
Team Support
- Work efficiently with the team during busy rushes
- Communicate clearly with coworkers and management
- Help maintain a strong team environment
- Follow all SOPs and store procedures
