We are seeking a female Sales & Customer Service Representative to represent our brand at a designated in-store kiosk. In this customer-facing role, you will engage with shoppers, promote our products, distribute samples, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Introduce customers to our brand and products.
- Distribute product samples and explain product benefits.
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service.
- Meet daily customer engagement goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized kiosk.
- Represent the brand professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or promotions is an asset.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Personal transportation or a reliable commute is required.
Pay: $17.60 per hour
