We're hiring in Sudbury, and we're looking for reps who want to grow with us.
The work
You'll be representing a national brand on an established contract, going door to door, talking to homeowners, building real conversations and closing real sales. You'll be outside, on the move, meeting new people every day. If you thrive on energy, conversation, and being out in the world rather than stuck behind a desk, you're going to love this.
The money
- Top performers clear $1,750 to $2,000+ per week.
- Strong reps in month 2 and beyond commonly see $1,400 to $1,600 per week.
- New reps in their first month commonly land in the $1,200 to $1,400 per week range.
- First week of training is paid. No commission pressure while you're learning.
Pay is 100% based on performance. The numbers above are what the math typically looks like for reps who show up and put the work in.
Travel and new cities
We run offices across the country, and our reps regularly get the chance to travel for short campaigns in other cities and provinces. We cover travel and lodging. Even brand new reps get the opportunity, and a lot of our team's biggest paychecks come from those trips. If seeing new places while you build your career sounds good, this is one of the best parts of the job.
Career path
We promote from within. With four new offices opened in the last year and more on the way, the path from rep to team lead to manager is real, and it moves as fast as your numbers do. Most of our leadership started by knocking doors.
The team

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. These hours are fixed. We need you fully available across the full shift, so this role works best for people who don't have conflicting commitments during those times.
What you need
- Comfortable being outside on your feet for a full shift.
- The mindset to hear a "no" and stay just as sharp on the next door.
No experience required. We'll train you on everything else.
