Jr. Project Manager x2:
On behalf of our healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Jr. Project Manager for an 8-month role. This position is a hybrid position with up to 5 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Jr. Project Manager x2 - Job Description:
This project involves the expansion of the Digital Health Drug Repository (DHDR) to enhance clinicians' access to comprehensive medication information. The initiative will integrate dispensed medication data from Pharmacy Management Systems and hospitals, improving medication management processes and patient safety.
Jr. Project Manager x2 - Responsibilities:
- Onboard sites to the DHDR repository
- Manage issues, risks, and service change requests
- Ensure successful and on-time deployment of clients
- Engage and manage client relationships
- Conduct site/virtual training and troubleshooting
- Develop project go-live schedules per clinical site
- Document service management and warranty support
Jr. Project Manager x2 - Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in project management supporting electronic health-related projects
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with document management, including standards, version-control, and storage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with Project Management concepts
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Proven track record working with healthcare professionals
Jr. Project Manager x2 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of healthcare information systems
- Experience with pharmacy management systems
- Familiarity with hospital information systems
- Knowledge of electronic health workflows
- Experience with project management software like MS Project
Jr. Project Manager x2 – Assignment Length:
This is an 8-month contract position to start.
