What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building relationships with customers and guiding them through the buying process.
- Listening to client needs and delivering tailored vehicle solutions.
- Demonstrating vehicle features and conducting test drives.
- Following up with customers, ensuring satisfaction, and building long-term relationships.
- Supporting online sales inquiries and setting appointments.
- Meeting sales goals and maintaining strong product knowledge.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience in automotive sales (6+ months preferred), or strong retail customer service background.
- Post-secondary education in business or related fields is an asset.
- A passion for sales, people, and exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; dealership software experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
