What you will do:
- Mixing of chemicals
- Moulding crossbow limbs from resin and fiberglass
- Processing moulded limbs using band saw, drill press, grinder and cut off saw
- Gluing tips onto processed crossbow limbs
- Must wear half face silicone respirator
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required Are:
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience required
- Previous experience working in a paint / spray booth or doing drywall is an asset
- High level of detail accuracy, manual dexterity, and hand-eye co-ordination
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team
- Must be clean shaven to wear respirator (required PPE)
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently, set priorities and multitask
- Reliable, dependable, excellent attendance and punctuality record
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to promote and cultivate a health and safety culture
- Ability and availability to work extended hours as required
