This position is for a candidate that must have great interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work within a team & independently, who has the highest level of respect for the heritage of the craft. This is a Full-time position, with some flexibility in hours available.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement production schedule
- Mixing bread
- Proof and bake bread for the day
- Prep and scale out for bread production for following day
- Maintain stocks of dry baked products
- Maintain the mother yeast program
- Ensure that products are baked to proper temperature and doneness
- Perform quality testing on all production for the day
- Tear down and clean before end of the day
- Follow guidance from management and complete tasks as directed
- Packaging product for wholesale
- Cleaning down at end of shift (machines, stations, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experienced with at least 1 year in a professional bread baking position (Preferred)
- Experience baking sourdough (Preferred)
- Experience in a commercial/Professional kitchen (Preferred)
- Knowledge of sour dough/hand shaping culture (Preferred)
- General Baking/Kitchen experience
