PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
- Work with the production team to ensure finished goods are of the highest quality and ready to be transported and installed
- Crafting custom detailed millwork parts using a variety of tools and machines
- Being able to operate and maintain equipment
- Keeping a clean and safe work environment and optimizing space utilization
- Communicating with the team lead regarding upcoming schedules and workloads
- Adhering to quality health and safety precautions
- The working environment will include physical labor and loud machinery
CREDENTIALS
- Previous millwork experience is a must
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced team driven environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Can legally work in Canada
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Being able to problem solve and identify solutions individually and as part of a team
- Being a team player by cross training in other departments so you can float as the demand and workload fluctuate in the shop
Benefits after 3 months.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
