Customer Service & Gaming Attendants (Multiple Positions – Part-Time / Full-Time)
Overview
Following recent operational planning for the spring and summer season, Glooscap Ventures is currently hiring across multiple retail and gaming locations. We are seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to fill roles in our Gaming Operations
Current Opportunities Include:
- Gaming Attendants (4 positions)
- Corner Gaming (day and evening shifts)
- Sweetgrass Gaming (evening shifts)
These roles are ideal for individuals looking to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment as we move into our busiest season.
Locations
- Corner Gaming – Glooscap Landing, Hantsport, NS
- Sweetgrass Gaming – Glooscap Landing, Hantsport, NS
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a polite, efficient, and professional manner
- Process transactions using cash and POS systems and maintain accurate cash handling
- Monitor and support gaming operations in accordance with policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment (including interior and exterior areas)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and supplies as required
- Support daily operations as needed depending on location
Skills and Experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful workplace
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required
- Previous customer service or retail experience is considered an asset
