Responsibilities
- Assist experienced crew members on active job sites
- Learn and follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to perform physical work, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered assets
- Eligible to work in Canada
