Warlocks Auto Detailing is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Car Body Polisher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate takes pride in high-quality workmanship and understands the importance. Minimum mandatory 1 year preferred 3 plus
You will be responsible for polishing, buffing, and restoring vehicle paint surfaces after body work, paint correction, or refinishing, ensuring vehicles meet professional and customer standards before delivery and pick up.
Responsibilities
- Perform machine and hand polishing on vehicle exteriors
- Remove swirl marks, wet sanding, scratches, oxidation, and paint defects
- Prepare vehicle surfaces after paint and body repairs
- Use rotary and DA polishers safely and effectively
- Select proper compounds, polishes, and pads for each job
- Inspect finished work for quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Previous experience as a car body polisher or auto detailing technician
- Strong knowledge of paint correction techniques and materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to results
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle polishing equipment
- Experience working with automotive paint, body panels, and refinishing techniques is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality work
- Valid driver’s license preferred

Qualifications
- Prior dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle structures and systems
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment
- Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and safety procedures
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience working with automotive paint, body panels, and refinishing techniques is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality work
- Minimum mandatory 1 year preferred 3 plus years
