Job Summary
The RNC Office Administrator, under the direction of the Schedulers, will primarily be responsible to prepare, review, and/or edit various forms of correspondence for colleagues, employees, site supers & builders. This position will administer and manage inbound and outbound documentation.. This role will also act as a overflow point of contact and provide general information to staff, clients, and builders relating to their questions, concerns, or suggestions. The Office Administrator must possess ability to adapt to new technology and ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.

Job Duties
· Prepare, review, and/or edit various forms of correspondence for colleagues, employees, site supers & builders
· Administer and manage inbound and outbound documentation.
· Act as a overflow point of contact and provide general information to staff, clients, and builders relating to their questions, concerns, or suggestions
· Refer and/or redirect calls, emails, or visitors as required to the respective parties.
· Aid in coordinating the logistical aspects of departmental programs such as meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events
· Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions
· Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files
· Photocopy and organize documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
· Present a positive and professional image of the organization when interacting with employees, clients/customers, visitors, and others
· Review documents and correspondence prepared for format, content, grammar, and spelling; make edits as necessary
· Assist with jobsite administration duties, such as work follow-ups, and any daily logs that need to be maintained
· Any other administrative duties as needed.

Work Conditions

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
