Maintenance Lead – Automotive Manufacturing
The Opportunity

You’ll play a key part in guiding daily maintenance operations while helping shape the future of the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as the primary escalation point for maintenance issues during your shift
Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and direction to skilled trades and apprentices
Act as backup to the Maintenance Supervisor when required
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Work with a range of equipment including PLCs, conveyors, VFDs, transformers, and HVAC systems
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure all work aligns with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, PM schedules, and spare parts inventory
What You Bring
Valid trade certification (e.g., Industrial Electrician or Millwright equivalent)
At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing setting
Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience
Strong troubleshooting capabilities across electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs
Solid understanding of safety protocols and maintenance best practices
