Job Summary

Duties
- Welcome guests and explain game rules clearly and enthusiastically
- Lead and oversee various game activities, ensuring safety and fairness
- Assist guests with game instructions and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Manage guest interactions with professionalism and friendliness
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of game areas
- Support guest services by providing information about other attractions or amenities
- Operate cash handling procedures for ticket sales or merchandise transactions when applicable
- Support food service or hospitality functions as needed during events or parties
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting is preferred
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or food service is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Outgoing personality with enthusiasm for creating fun experiences
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings if required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities related to the role
