Registered Massage Therapist (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on clients’ health while working in a supportive and professional environment.
Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and discuss goals and expectations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend follow-up treatments or referrals as needed.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and practice productivity.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all licensing regulations and professional standards.
Experience
- Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with state or local licensing requirements.
- Proven experience providing massage therapy services in a clinical or spa setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous for understanding client conditions and treatment documentation.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures, address client concerns, and promote a positive experience.
- Ability to build rapport with clients, ensuring comfort and trust during sessions.

- Above-industry-standard compensation. Compensation structure and details will be discussed during the interview and based on experience.
- Must hold a valid Ontario license and be in good standing with the applicable regulatory college.
- Must maintain good standing with all insurance providers and be eligible for direct billing without restrictions or limitations.
Pay: $70.00-$78.00 per hour
