Full Job Description
One Health Clubs is seeking an energetic, experienced, and community-focused Racquets Director to lead and grow our Pickleball and Squash programming in Mississauga.
This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about racquet sports, coaching, member engagement, and building a thriving club culture. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our squash and pickleball operations while also delivering lessons, clinics, tournaments, and member programming.

Responsibilities
Member Engagement
- Build strong relationships with members and foster a welcoming club atmosphere
- Conduct complimentary 30-minute assessments for new squash and pickleball members
- Respond to member inquiries professionally and promptly
- Provide guidance on equipment, court etiquette, and player development
- Promote a positive and connected racquets community
Coaching & Instruction
- Deliver private and group lessons for players of all ages and skill levels
- Design and implement effective training programs and clinics
- Help players improve through technical instruction, strategy development, and constructive feedback
- Organize practice sessions, drills, and competitive play opportunities
Leadership & Program Management
- Lead and mentor coaches and instructors
- Maintain high coaching standards across all programming
- Support staff development and foster a collaborative team environment
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and program growth initiatives
Events & Community Programming
- Organize leagues, tournaments, social events, and clinics
- Collaborate with club management on event planning and execution
- Increase participation and member engagement through creative programming
Marketing & Promotion
- Work with the marketing team to promote programs and events
- Support social media and member outreach initiatives
- Help attract new members and grow racquets participation
Facility & Equipment Oversight
- Ensure courts and equipment are maintained to high standards
- Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking as needed
- Conduct regular equipment and safety inspections
Qualifications
- Previous experience coaching or managing squash and/or pickleball programs
- Strong playing and teaching ability in Pickleball and squash
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Passion for racquet sports and community building
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with court and equipment maintenance is considered an asset
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $48,000 annually
- Significant commission on lesson revenue
- Profit share on tournament and clinic programming
Schedule
- Minimum 40 hours per week
Approximately:
- 20 hours/week dedicated to leadership responsibilities
- 20 hours/week dedicated to coaching and instruction
- Flexible scheduling required for tournaments, events, and peak club hours
Pay: $60,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
