Registered Massage Therapist

We're looking for a skilled RMT with a passion for sport and movement to join our team at Mickelson National Golf Club. This role blends chair massage, golf recovery, and pre/post-round bodywork — supporting golfers who want to feel their best on the course and recover well off it.
You'll work in one of Alberta's most beautiful private club settings, supporting members who are serious about their bodies and their game. No traditional clinic schedule — this role flexes around golf season, events, and member demand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver chair massage and express recovery sessions for golfers pre- and post-round
- Provide full RMT treatments addressing golf-specific tension patterns (thoracic rotation, hip flexors, forearms, lower back)
- Support on-site recovery during club events including the Mickelson Invitational and CAN/AM
- Collaborate with our Athletic Therapist and MAT Practitioner on shared clients
- Educate members on between-session self-care and recovery strategies
- Maintain professional documentation and consent protocols
