The season is here and we are busy! We're building something special, and we need the right people to be part of it.
Nostalgia Wines is looking for a handful of standout personalities to join our Wine Experience team starting immediately. This year is a big one (Did we mention it's our 20th anniversary?).
What It's Like Here
Nestled on the Black Sage Bench just south of Oliver, Nostalgia Wines is a boutique, small-lot winery with a 14-acre vineyard and a personality unlike any other. Every visit is a trip down memory lane, nostalgic by design. We pour fruit-forward whites, bold reds, sparklings, and port-style wines, and we host events all season long. But what really sets us apart is the experience we create: warmth, great wine, real stories, and memories people actually leave with.

You're the kind of person who lights up a room without trying. You're curious, you're warm, and you genuinely enjoy connecting with people. You thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment because it energizes you rather than drains you. You don't need to know everything about wine right now, but you do need the drive to learn, grow, and be part of something worth being proud of.

The Role: Wine Experience Associate (Seasonal, Now through October)
You'll be at the heart of the guest experience, welcoming visitors, guiding them through tastings, and sharing the story of our wines and our winery. Every interaction should feel personal and memorable. Beyond the tasting room, you'll help with events, support retail operations, and represent Nostalgia as a local ambassador.
What You’ll Do:
~ Welcome guests and craft memorable tasting experiences
~ Pour wines and guide tastings while following Serving It Right standards
~ Share your knowledge of Nostalgia, our wines, and the Black Sage Bench region
~ Introduce guests to our Wine Club options and help them find the perfect tier to match their style
~ Process transactions and package wine and merchandise
~ Open and/or close the tasting room, including cash reconciliation
~ Stock and merchandise retail items
~ Keep our space sparkling, glassware, indoor and outdoor areas
~ Jump in to support special events and off-site functions as needed
~ Be a local tourism resource for our guests
~ Report to the Sales & Marketing Manager and/or Owner
What We’re Looking for in You:
~ 19+ with a valid Serving It Right certification
~ Comfortable on your feet for a full 8-hour shift
~ Able to lift up to 40 lbs
~ Must be available to work weekends and evenings
~ Strong customer service instincts and excellent communication skills
~ Comfortable with a POS system and basic computer tasks
~ A positive, professional presence, even on the busiest days
~ Wine experience or education is a bonus (WSET, etc.), but a genuine willingness to learn is all we really need
