Role Overview
We are currently hiring an experienced 310S Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join a well-established branded dealership in Mississauga, Ontario.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced technician who enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment, takes pride in delivering quality repairs, and has strong diagnostic abilities. Previous Ford dealership experience is considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns accurately and efficiently.
- Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
- Follow Ford workshop procedures and manufacturer-recommended repair processes.
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems, advanced vehicle electronics, and hybrid vehicles.
- Perform engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and exhaust system repairs.
- Complete routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, inspections, and scheduled maintenance.
- Use manufacturer diagnostic equipment and scan tools to troubleshoot vehicle concerns.
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with dealership policies.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow Technicians to provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician Licence (Required).
- Valid Ontario G2 or G Class Driver's Licence.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada with a valid Work Permit or Permanent Resident (PR) status.
- Previous Ford dealership experience is preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to follow Ford workshop procedures and manufacturer repair standards.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing electrical systems and hybrid vehicles.
- Must own a complete set of professional automotive tools and toolbox.
- Ability to perform accurate diagnostics and high-quality repairs while maintaining efficiency.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced dealership environment.
