We are adding an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative (inbound) to our team. We are seeking a positive, performance-driven individual to join our team. Call center experience is preferred, but not necessary. The right candidate will have a great attitude, be reliable and motivated to learn.
The candidates will have the following responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries over phone and email in a timely manner
* Provide product and pricing information to parts customers
*Book service calls for appliance repairs
*Track shipments and add tracking numbers to invoices
* Pro-actively keep customers informed about order status and potential delays
* Create and send quotes and sales orders
* Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers and our service team
*Process online orders
* Other related projects and tasks as assigned
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
* Ability to build strong relationships with our customers
* Fluent and clearly understandable in spoken and written English
* Good Excel and data-entry skills
* Confident telephone communication skills
* Organized and calm in stressful situations
* Proven ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, prioritize, multi-task, and organize
*Must live in BC and are legally allowed to work in Canada
