Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needsefficiently for transactions including sales and cash handling
- Conduct product demos and makeup applications to enhance customer experience and promote sales
- Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and optimize product placement
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as answering questions, directing customers, and supporting store operations
- Handle cash register operations accurately, including balancing cash drawers at shift end
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and basic math calculations for sales transactions
- Support promotional events and product launches through active engagement and demonstrations
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience preferred; enthusiasm for customer service is essential
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey product information and build rapport
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently
- Knowledge of retail merchandising, product demos, makeup application, and upselling techniques is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts
